What do you like best about Firm360?

The user interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to navigate and helps both staff and management stay organized. What do you dislike about Firm360?

While Firm360 is very comprehensive, some features come with a learning curve, particularly during the initial setup and onboarding. That said, once everything is configured, the platform becomes much easier to navigate and use day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Firm360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Firm360 has helped our firm eliminate many of the inefficiencies that come from relying on separate systems for CRM, project management, time tracking, invoicing, and document management. Bringing everything together in a single platform has strengthened accountability, reduced administrative work, improved visibility into workload and profitability, and enabled our team to spend more time serving clients instead of managing internal processes.
