The user interface was set up in a easy to navigate manner in which the user is easily able to complete the tasks needing done **What do you dislike about Firepoint?** sometimes its hard to find something to dislike about the product. i like everything about this item. i guess that if i had to pick one thing about the product which i disliked it would ne the in ability to do split screen comparisons and analysis. instead you have to toggle back and fourth between the two pages. **Recommendations to others considering Firepoint:** Don't hesitate to get on board. the sooner you do the quicker you will become a new satisfied customer. **What problems is Firepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** i have used Firepoint to help me come to favorable results. this program has increased the productivity and overall performance of the entire workforce. ### 4. We have to choose something that may not be accurate as far as a type. There should be something that is called OTHER. I use this as a CRM and it doesn't allow for a vendor or other choices need to be different. HOT COLD WARM instead of NURTURE I would use nurture for my sphere or neighbors not sure why they do not have a couple other choices and a WARM lead. I think is is super expensive. More than what I need for a small team. **What problems is Firepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like the search and the website is ok. I like the fact that we can see who is looking at listings and who is not. I am more of a listing agent and this is more helpful with buyers so now that my buyers agent is no longer around it is not as useful. ### 5. The website included with the CRM service is awesome. Easy to really make your own. Firepoint is easy to get the hang of. **What do you dislike about Firepoint?** There are some features that are offered that I know our company would never use but I could see how a bigger office would need them. **What problems is Firepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have completely revamped our website and we are using the CRM to keep in touch with clients. Firepoint reminds us to stay on our timeline in whatever process we are in. ### 8.
