What do you like best about Firepoint?
It is an easy, simple tool for me to use. Very user-friendly on their side. I like the lead task system and the email communication to the mass database, and the integration with Bombbomb. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Firepoint?
I like the platform. For a few months, they had issues with google for our PPC, and I am having issues when a lead calls in after I outbound from their system. It is a little bit of a sore subject for me as I had several calls back through the FP number, and it just says lead called, no one answered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
