What do you like best about Firefly?
Call recording takes place and entire meeting is noted. Easily integrated to any meeting by adding the bot to the invite and process commences as soon as the call starts. Transcripts are sent to participant as set in the settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Firefly?
This can process only English and processes dialect of native English speakers only. So certain words/transcription do come out correctly and will need manual edits to make it intelligible.
