What do you like best about Firefish?

Customers can genuinely influence product development. The customer success team understands the industry the platform serves, and the workflows make sense in day-to-day use. What do you dislike about Firefish?

Like any system there are small tweaks which woudl help slightly in day to day use but generally feedback is heard and actioned so if anything major it is rectified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Firefish solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't really have nay major problems but anything we do wish to dicuss is addressed in customer success meetings, followed up on and actioned. The benefot is theor proactive approach, reaching out to us to schedule regualr success review meetings as this is somehting that can slip if left to the customer.
