"Firecoach AI Makes Cold Call Practice Feel Real—Fast Setup and Actionable Scorecards"
5/5
What do you like best about Firecoach AI?

I use Firecoach AI to practice cold calls before doing real outreach, and the AI buyers are surprisingly realistic. They push back with the kind of objections I actually hear from prospects ("not interested", "send me an email", "we already have a tool"), so practice feels like the real thing instead of a script read-through. After every call I get a scorecard out of 100 with a category-by-category breakdown and a transcript, which makes it easy to see exactly where I lost the prospect and what to fix on the next attempt. Getting started was also very easy: I was running my first roleplay within minutes, and the interface is simple enough that I can squeeze in a quick practice session before a calling block. What do you dislike about Firecoach AI?

The main downside is pricing for individual users. Plans start at $199/month, which makes sense for a sales team but feels steep for a solo founder or a single rep who just wants to sharpen their cold-calling. A lighter individual plan, or a per-call/credit-based option, would make it much easier for smaller users to stick with it long term. Other than that, I haven't run into anything that gets in the way of practicing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
