What do you like best about Finley?

Finley abstracts the complexities of translating our multi-hundred page agreements into a borrowing base template and performance reporting which allows us to focus on what is core to us. I just have to worry about passing them clean data and they'll do the rest. As we've layered on new facilities, they have been able to easily handle changing data schemas and getting each new deal launched has been pretty lightweight. Having the extra set of independent eyes on our reporting before it goes out each day adds comfort to a high stakes process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Finley?

N/A. I wish they did more! The team keeps building incremental functionality and we look forward to seeing the product evolve and if I squint I can see a world where we fulfill all of our reporting obligations to our lenders within the Finley App and even money movements related to funding requests and settlements are initiated and approved via the App giving our lenders the safety and security they desire. What problems is Finley solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finley helps manage our access to debt capital which is gated behind extremely rigorous and thorough reporting requirements (at funding request time and at month end). Through file transfer integration, we provide Finley with raw data about our portfolio and they take that data and transform it into a borrowing base report which complies with the requirements as set forth in our credit agreements. This allows us to keep a very lean capital markets team focused on where we can drive value (i.e., talking with current and prospective lenders, portfolio analytics, etc.) as opposed to one that needs additional heads on staff to manage the borrowing base reporting process.
