What do you like best about Finlay?

What I appreciated most was that the team is proactive and genuinely lovely to work with. They were always happy to help with anything, and every interaction was a pleasure. They responded to messages very quickly and implemented changes to the job description and any additional requirements without delay.

During our cooperation they also added a chatbot that created a new job ad on its own, so all I had to do was align on the details with our headhunter. I also had access to their app, where I could see the list of people who had been approached and step in whenever I wanted - that was a really great feature. What do you dislike about Finlay?

Honestly, nothing really comes to mind. Our role was very difficult to fill, so at times we had a smaller pool of candidates but that was simply down to how demanding the position we were hiring for was. Other than that, I really can't think of anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Finlay solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finlay helps people and companies with the recruitment process in a genuinely innovative way — they use AI to source candidate profiles, which are then evaluated by their headhunters. They supported us with the first pre-screening of candidates and delivered already-vetted people who had strong potential to fit into our team.

The big benefit is their reach: this approach lets them screen far more profiles than a single headhunter ever could, so they find the right person much faster. For me on the HR side, it meant that by the time I ran the first interview round, I was already talking to someone who was genuinely interested in us and fit our setup.
