"Fast Time-to-Value, Powerful Software & AI, and World Class Onboarding with Fini"

5/5

What do you like best about Fini?

I originally wrote this review early in the roll out, and I am happy to say that Fini continues to exceed expectations on all of these points. I highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fini?

Nothing additional that Fini can improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fini solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fini is taking us down a path toward resolving 80%+ of our tickets, currently resolving ~10-20% of tickets within 2 weeks. We have a complex B2B software support model, with many different user types emailing in and issues that can be complicated enough to require building APIs into our systems.

Based on the early results we’ve seen, we’re confident Fini will get there, since it’s built for exactly our kind of business. We’re not just handling order updates and refunds for B2C customers; we’re helping our users solve complex business problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
