Fingerprint gives us a device-level identifier we can't get from IP or email alone. We run it at signup and domain verification and feed the visitor ID and risk signals into our automated blocking rules. It's how we catch bad actors who get blocked and come straight back with a new free account which is a massive help to our team. The signals are also useful for manual investigations if we need them.
