Honestly, Fingerprint has been one of the most effective fraud prevention solutions we have used for detecting and preventing users from creating multiple accounts. One of its strongest advantages is the quality and depth of the signals it provides. It can identify whether an IP address is associated with a proxy and even reveal the proxy provider behind it, which is especially valuable because proxy and residential IP abuse had been one of our biggest challenges. In many cases, users could appear to be connecting through legitimate residential internet providers, making fraudulent activity difficult to detect, but Fingerprint is still able to identify these patterns and help us block them effectively. This has made detecting multi-account fraud significantly easier and more reliable for us. It has also been extremely useful in preventing coupon and promotional abuse by providing the data and signals we need to identify suspicious behavior and protect our offers from being exploited. Everything about Fingerprint has been great overall, with the main downside being the pricing, which feels a little high. I am also required to subscribe to a plan that starts at $99 per month, and there is currently no pay-as-you-go option that would allow me to simply pay based on actual usage without committing to the $99 monthly plan.
