I really like Fingercheck's customer service, especially on the phone, as they are very patient and professional, and they provide all the time needed to solve any complex issues. The website is also a plus, being very clear and easy to navigate even for those unfamiliar with payroll processes, tax laws, and similar things. The app has had some issues at times. For a few weeks now, I've been trying to run payroll on the app, and it's just not there. The information is missing, and I can't run it due to some kind of issue with the app. I don't know what it is, so I end up doing it on my computer, which isn't so bad, but yeah, it could be better.
