I find Fingercheck really valuable for managing payroll across multiple states. It's a one-stop shop that allows our workers to clock in and out via an app, and I can see in real-time what's happening. I appreciate how convenient it is to make changes and corrections to timesheets. Running payroll is easy and includes options for specific locations and states, which is great for our small company with employees moving between North Carolina and Virginia. The multi-state capability for paying taxes in different states is especially valuable. John, our implementation contact, was fantastic. He provided excellent customer service, was very communicative, patient, and knowledgeable. One thing that could have been better during setup was the input process. It was a lot of work getting everything into a spreadsheet for Fingercheck's team. I would have liked some more help with that part to make it easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
