Easy installitation and UI is so good , much training is not required to understand the tool. It's very good in extracting words or texts from images or scanned documents and supports multiple languages And also converting images or scanned documents to other formates like word, excel, HTML etc.. The ability to handle bulk documents is quite easy in windows. Most useful thing in documenting paper works to digital documents. Support helpdesk seems responsive many times.
