What do you like best about Findrix?

I'm a marketer, the technical side is not my area. I read the first report and sent it straight into our work chat, to our developer and our SEO guy. The developer picked up three things: Cloudflare files, schema markup and robots.txt. Our cycle is fast, that kind of task gets closed in a day or two.

That is my main criterion. The technical side is the most fixable part, and the rest means nothing without it. However good your copy is, nobody sees it if access is closed.

After that I mostly sit in the fact checks and the recommendations list. What I like about the recommendations is the effort and impact rating, you can see right away what to start with. The Site Readiness Score answers the "how bad are we" question quickly, without reading the whole report.

The re-audit runs on its own once a week. We started on trial at the end of July and moved to a paid plan at the end of August. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Findrix?

I would like to understand better where the prompts come from. The system worked out that we fly charters and put together questions for our field. They look sensible and I don't doubt they are relevant, but I can't yet check whether clients really ask them that way.

I understand this is how all tools of this kind work, but I would like a closer link to my own keyword set in Google. People google in roughly the same way, and there is real data there to lean on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
