The platform offers considerable flexibility in configuration. I’ve used it to manage very small teams of one or two people, as well as larger operations of 75+ staff, and it performs effectively at both ends of the scale.

The push notifications and email alerts issued when a rota is published are particularly useful, as they remove the need for staff to continually log in and refresh the system. I also make use of the feed function to export shifts directly into a Google Calendar, which adds another layer of accessibility and oversight.

Another significant advantage is the holiday planner and reporting functionality, which allows me to track remaining leave balances accurately and maintain clear visibility over team availability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
