School admin makes reenrollment and online applications easy, efficient, and well structured to manage as an administrator. Compared to past schools and days of paper re-enrollment or applications, which was a nightmare in terms of things getting lost, etc., School Admin is organized, reliable and efficient. We've only found minor bumps. School Admin has levels that a school can pay for, and the more expensive level includes many features such as digitizing forms. We pay for the basic level and wanted one single digitized checkbox on our contract, that a family has registered in FACTS for payment, and School Admin's fee structure wouldn't let us do that one box without paying the much higher fee for the full upgrade.
