What do you like best about Filtered?

Employers are able to see candidates' technical skills before hiring them. As an administrator I find tests are very easy to create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Filtered?

Candidates have mentioned they would like to have at least one more attempt if they don't do well after taking a test. They also mentioned Interview tests are time consuming and it's difficult for them to find continuous time slot to complete the tests; They are worried about the consequences if they fail the tests. What problems is Filtered solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are bridging the gap between showcasing candidates' skills, whereas other job matching platforms do not offer. Our program supports newcomers to Canada in finding employment, Filtered is an excellent tool for them because they don't have Canadian Experience. This allows employers to see their skills level.
