What do you like best about Filevine?

I like that Filevine is pretty user-friendly even though it's a big, complicated system. It's great for keeping you on track with case management by prompting you on tasks every step of the way. I find the document generation feature really useful because it allows everything related to a case to be housed within the system. Plus, I love how it's really buildable, letting us create different functions if needed. It definitely streamlines the process for case management and has more abilities than other systems we've used. I appreciate having everything within one system, which makes it easier than having multiple windows open on my computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Filevine?

Setting up Filevine was not easy at all for my company. I know that it took them more than a year to get it live and code all the documents. We've had it for two years, and I know that they're still constantly coding documents and making updates. It was not an easy transition for my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
