I also appreciate that we can lock finalized media paperwork so junior crew members can only view, not edit, approved files, preventing accidental overwrites of critical documents. It's really handy that we can easily grant temporary access to freelance producers for live episode prep without exposing all our client records, considering we don't have a dedicated IT staff. Fileplan struggles with handling large audio and video assets, which is a pain for our broadcast studio. Uploads often lag, and preview rendering is slow, which can be really frustrating.
