I think our account manager is very responsive to answering questions and resolving problems. I like that we've been able to customize the system to our unique needs. I wish we had more autonomy in building reports. If my reporting team needs to add certain fields to a report that aren't already included in the SQL query or stored procedure, they have to go through our account rep. Coming from Crystal Reports, we were used to having full access to the database which enables us to make report modifications immediately without external assistance.
