I like FileCloud's combination of secure file sharing and access control. Team folders make it effortless to organize documents by project, and role-based permissions along with audit trails give us better control over who can access or modify files. The Microsoft 365 integration is also useful for collaborating on documents without moving them between different systems. I appreciate that access controls give us a structured way to manage sensitive documents, with user or group-level permissions and file activity tracked through audit trails. I find the initial configuration challenging for more advanced document management requirements. Setting up detailed permissions, workflow rules, and security policies can take some time, especially when aligning them with existing organizational processes.
