What do you like best about fileAI?

The best part for me is the UI. It’s clean and simple, so uploading files and finding data is quick. The search inside files works well and saves me a lot of time every week, especially when I handle large reports.

Performance is also solid. Even with big files, it processes data fast and doesn’t lag much. This has improved my workflow because I don’t have to wait or manually scan data anymore.

On the AI side, it does a good job pulling useful insights from files. I use it to quickly understand key points instead of going through everything line by line. That’s been a big time saver.

For integrations, I’ve mainly used basic file imports, and it works smoothly without extra setup. Sharing outputs with the team is easy, which helps in collaboration.

In terms of pricing, it feels reasonable for the time it saves. It cuts down manual work, so overall it gives good value.

What do you dislike about fileAI?

One issue I’ve noticed is that the AI insights are not always perfect. Sometimes it misses context or gives very generic outputs, so I still need to double-check the data.

Another thing is limited integrations. It works fine with basic file uploads, but connecting it with other tools or platforms could be better and more flexible.

For very large or complex files, there can be slight delays or it takes time to process everything properly.

Pricing can also feel a bit high for smaller teams if usage increases over time.

What problems is fileAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

FileAI solves the problem of manually going through large files and extracting useful information. Earlier, I had to spend hours checking reports, searching for specific data, and summarizing it myself. Now I just upload the file and get the key points quickly.

It also helps in finding specific information inside files. Instead of scrolling through long documents, I use the search and get what I need in seconds. This has reduced a lot of repetitive work in my daily tasks.

The AI summaries are useful for quick understanding. I use them to get an overview before going deeper, which saves time and helps me focus only on important parts.
