**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

Field Pulse is an all around excellent choice for service management software.  They have an excellent support system that always gets back to you right away and have been able to resolve every issue in a timely fassion.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

Field Pulse doesn't always have every tool that I "wish" were possible but they always provide a work around.  None of the issues have ever been a deal breaker.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Field Pulse is working on how much access is given to each employee.  Some of my techs require more access to the entire platform and some require less.  They are working to allow me to give personalized permissions to each employee.

It's easy to use and makes running my business efficient dealing with invoices, estimates and keeping track of clients. Customer service is excellent too.

The only downside is that I don't have time to keep up with all the additional services they keep adding.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

Fieldpulse allows our team to easily manage jobs and invoicing. We can schedule jobs or teams, add notes and photos to job bookings, take note of material, and complete invoicing and quoting.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

It takes time for the team to learn how to use it, like with any program.  We use another program for invoicing, sometimes the import from Fieldpulse to the other program needs some reformatting.

It has streamlined our scheduling process so we can better manage our team's time. It has made us more productive by saving time and making job bookings clearer.

Easy to use and navigate.  There are so many features that are so beneficial. It integrates with Quickbooks Online  - i really appreciate this option. Of all the options that i demo'd I am so glad i chose Fieldpulse

The only downside is how robust it is.  When just starting it takes a minute to learn all of its features.  They do have videos to help figure things out.  GREAT PRODUCT.

Keeping track of my notes for specific jobs. Having a centralized location helps me serve each customer better.  I am much more productive because of FieldPulse.

Just overall full management of our CRM all at the tips of our fingers.
- How tidy it is, and easy  to use.
Best thing is its all on one HUB.

They need to add a few features like doing options in quotes. Once you do multiple options you can't separate itll give customers all the price in one.

I mainly use Fieldpulse for scheduling. It allows me to track my technicians and plan their days. It keeps everyone on track!

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

The mobile version and the computer version have slight differences that can be confusing at times. Occasionally it loses an appointment - this is a critical problem that really needs to be resolved!

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I schedule technicians and communicate with customers daily. I send out estimates and invoices, I keep track of customer files, and share them with the technicians. Fieldpulse allows me to do all of this in one place.

Line items could be easier to find. Need to be very specific in order to find certain parts. A 2" PVC tee will not show up if I just type in 2" tee

I love that FieldPulse tracks my history with my customers.  I love being able to upload photos of equipment and assign it to the contact info.

There is so much available to me it seems overwhelming at times.  they are quick to help me navigate any questions I have.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

I like that customer service has fast response times and the representatives are very helpful. I also like that FieldPluse is constantly trying to make improvements and add new features to the software. Their system is user-friendly and the documents that are created for customers such as invoices, estimates, etc. are laid out nicely and look very professional.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

The main issue we have had is when we transferred over to Fieldpulse from another system we paid to have FieldPulse help with the transfer but a lot of our accounts were messed up mainly due to the previous system utilizing bulk payments which is something FieldPulse could not recognize. It took us months to get our client accounts straightened out and we still are unsure that all of our accounts are fixed because of the large number of clients we have.  We also have had issues with Quickbooks and FieldPulse not communicating properly. Some other little issues have come up such as duplicate invoices and payments being created by the system.

FieldPulse enables us to be efficient when it comes to scheduling and managing clients. As well as their features and add-ons have helped us be able to grow and be more marketable.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

The different views of the calendar and being able to see a map of the daily work orders really helps to set up my day/week. Also, the tags and status are nice (needs some work but a nice addition).

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

I do not like that the sync between Quickbooks has some bugs. The customers can become duplicates, and the invoice shipping box from QB does not transfer over (causing the invoice totals not to match, you have to put shipping as a line item). Also, the job status would help if they added "Need parts", "Billed/Invoiced", and "Emergency", since the user cannot customize or allow the user to customize a few statuses.  The field users seem to have to reload the app a lot since it does not sync without it.

I have asked them to sync the shipping box from OB and they are not until more users request it.

A CRM, sales pipeline and bookkeeping in one easy place. I've used multiple other services before but this one is truly the best, to-date.

I wish they had customizable user roles. We have some unique needs that require unique access.

Taking us paperless and remote. We have been using paper for 52 years and now we finally can cut the cord.

The learning curve is pretty low in my opinion. After a quick onboarding we understand how to leverage it and if we have questions, they answer us quickly!

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

Clunky project pipeline that could use some refinement and not having assignable tasks for team members or tasks/reminders you can assign yourself.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management, overhead view of jobs, timesheets, reporting/statistics, estimate pipeline (so much better than Hubspot), location and map view of teams and jobs.

Not having an integrated payment plan for Canadians, its really annoying having to wait to set up another company for payments.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

FieldPulse has an easy-to-use and condensed platform for construction management. Having time tracking, scheduling, billing, and estimating in one forum has increased efficiency within our company of 13 employees.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

FieldPulse 2.0 app can be buggy sometimes. Most issues are resolved by refreshing the screen, but this issue is troublesome for staff in the field, especially when in front of a customer. The reporting features are helpful but lack the depth of some other construction management programs.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Much of our business was conducted via paper. This caused us to have things lost and recorded improperly and made the company look like it was unwilling to invest in its own future. Also, being able to communicate digitally in real-time with field staff and the office has increased efficiency.

FieldPulse offers you dispatching service, invoicing service, HR services, and it is adaptable. Many programs force you to use it their way. Fieldpulse has flexibility that I enjoy.

I wish the integration with Quicksbook were more fluid. I wouldn't say I like that payments have to be manually sent over.

Reliability of Fieldpulse as a company, their customer service team is also very welcoming, and their tech support treats any possible issue with the sense of urgency you need to keep your business up and running.

We haven't found anything we do not like yet. Fieldpulse is constantly improving software, providing excellent value to customers and unparalleled customer service.

They don't just sell you the software and ignore you. They answer the phone and have someone available via chat and always get me answers quickly.

There are a couple of very minor features they do not have. That being said, a couple of things we said we wanted, they built. The software is growing.

FieldPulse has made dispatching a dream! The map function helps us plan routes and dispatch with ease while covering a vast area.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

There are a lot of steps to do basic tasks. I wish there were capabilities to permanently toggle some functions on.

Yessie and Jeremy have been SO responsive and helpful as we transition from another platform to FP. We've had a million questions and they always respond EOD.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

The best thing I've found with Field Pulse is definitely the fantastic customer service! I have dealt with many software's over the years and Field Pulse is the only one that is super easy to contact for support and answers almost immediately. And always go above and beyond to help with whatever issue we may have. I also love that we can set up online meetings for one on one training of the program if I'm unsure on areas I'm not confident of. Saxon has been there for us and helped us immensely from the start.

Nothing comes to mind yet as to what I dislike.

No problems really. Just helping us learn the software so we can use it to its full potential.

The ability to bundle the line items in our estimates together.  Our customers were picking apart line item prices, now with Field Pulse they can just see the total price for the project.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

The interface is not very intuitive for those that are not tech-savvy.  This has taken some training for our staff but they are starting to understand the program and are using it as designed.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed software that could bundle the line items on our estimate so that the customer cannot see the prices of each individual item and pick it apart.  We also like that we have the ability to show each line item's price if we need to.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

I love the tracking feature to see who does what in the system. I like that all jobs for one address can be under one project. Having the documents in the files tab on the go is extremely helpful. Being able to take photos right from the App is great for our plumbers.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

Sometimes the system can be a little slow. When we were thinking about signing up we were told that color-coding for the calendar was coming really soon and we have been using the system for almost a year and that still has not happened.

Being able to have our managers update the job status on the go has been extremely helpful. Being able to add notes to the job has really helped with our billing for our accounting department. Being able to run a daily report of what was completed the day prior is also a big help for our accounting department.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

I wasn't able to solve my problem initially from the support articles, but I can see that they're constantly being updated by FieldPulse staff. My associate was able to resolve my problem within minutes, saving me a lot of time and effort.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

There are some issues I have with entering invoice items; sometimes the system will glitch and I have to exit the program to resolve it. It will tell me that I need to create a new item in the middle of creating a new item.

My team can access my notes from out in the field, so they don't need to stop what they're doing to call the office and ask questions. Especially good since we're rural, and there are many cell phone dead zones around here.

**What do you like best about FieldPulse?**

Fieldpulse is excellent for keeping us organized and helping us provide quality, detailed estimates for our customers. The program is comprehensive and helps us keep our sales visits connected to the proposals and invoices. It is easy to upload files such as pictures and work orders. Our craftsmen can access the work orders and customer information they need on the spot on their phones. They can also clock in and out at the job on their phones. Overall, Fieldpulse has been a lifesaver for our small business.

**What do you dislike about FieldPulse?**

One challenge I have with Fieldpulse is the timesheets. It works great if you remember right on the spot, but if you have to clock in or out manually because you forgot, it's hard to get it right. Another thing I dislike is when I need to look at files in a job. I can't resize the box to read the file, and I have to download it to read the whole page of print. I can make the words large enough to read, but then they go outside the box.

Also, I am limited because Fieldpulse doesn't currently integrate with QuickBooks Desktop and I am required to use QB Desktop by my corporate office.

**What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can keep my estimators on time with no conflicting appointments. I use a map available to check distances on their route. I can also facilitate communication with my General Manager and the craftsmen with job notes and comments.

Only on a couple of occasions have we experienced an interruption with our service.  When it has happened, the FP team immediately went into action to correct the issue.

What I love the most about Fieldpulse is...well...everything! From the ease of creating work orders to estimates to invoicing to payments. You can tie everything together so that with just a click, you can see everything you need to see.

I have yet to find anything I don't like about Fieldpulse! If an issue ever comes up, they are right there to fix the problem immediately.

You have to try it. Fieldpulse is customizable to your field of work!

Being able to link estimates to work orders so my field workers can access easily. With Fieldpulse our productivity has increased 10 fold. Tracking estimates, invoices and payments is a breeze!
