I use FieldFuze to operate my entire roofing business, and it has been invaluable. One of the biggest problems it solves is professional estimate building. The ease of seeing live, up-to-date, accurate pricing from my QXO branch right in their system without manually updating inventory or price books is a huge time saver. My favorite feature of FieldFuze is their professional payment systems, which allows me to build an estimate, get a signature approving work, and easily request a payment. Customers can conveniently pay through ACH, credit/debit card, or financing options. I used to use Square, but it didn't connect each payment to my customer in my CRM as FieldFuze does. It keeps all payment information neatly organized. Plus, FieldFuze's mobile app is fantastic, especially on the iPhone, with an excellent experience that's better than any other tool I've tried, like Acculynx, Roofr, or JobNimbus. It has all the features I need on the go. Setting up FieldFuze was quick and easy, going live in less than 48 hours, especially with the help from their advisors and QuickBooks integration. I use both an Android and iPhone. I've found the Android app to be a little less well done than the iPhone app. Nothing major, but the experience is always a bit snappier, smoother, and nicer looking on my iPhone.
