What I appreciate most is how intuitive the whole platform is. My team isn't exactly tech savvy and they picked it up fast, which was a huge relief. The AI chat feature is really impressive too because I can just type what I need in plain English and it gets done. Need to create an estimate? Just ask. Want to pull up a client's job history? Done in seconds. Just last week I needed to put together estimates for a couple of new clients, and instead of building each one from scratch I just told the AI chat what I needed and it pulled up the right products and pricing and had the estimates drafted in minutes. What used to take me 20 or 30 minutes each now takes maybe two minutes because the system already knows our products, our pricing, and our line items. I use the AI chat every single day. If I had to pick one thing it would be the estimate to job workflow hands down. That single pipeline has probably saved us more time and prevented more errors than anything else. Before, we'd write up an estimate in one system and then manually re-enter everything to create a work order, and things would get missed or numbers typed wrong. Now it's seamless. The estimate is already there with all the details, so when the customer gives the green light we just click convert and everything carries over perfectly. I love how everything connects together so an estimate flows right into a job which flows into an invoice, and nothing gets lost in translation. The scheduling and calendar view keeps our crews organized without me having to micromanage every appointment. The customer management piece alone has been huge because we can pull up anyone's full history in seconds. The difference has been noticeable since we used to miss maybe 10 to 15 percent of potential jobs because nobody circled back in time, and that's basically gone now. On the admin side we're saving at least 5 to 8 hours a week just on estimate creation and job scheduling, and billing errors have dropped significantly because we're not manually re-keying information between systems. FieldCamp handles the field operations side really well and complements our other tools like our CRM and QuickBooks nicely. Setup was honestly easier than I expected; we had our products and services loaded in pretty quickly and started creating estimates and jobs within the first couple of days, and the interface is clean enough that my office staff figured out the basics without much hand holding. Their support team has been responsive whenever we've had questions. For what it does and what it costs it's been one of the better investments we've made in our business. It just works the way a field service tool should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there isn’t anything I strongly dislike. Overall, it has been a very helpful tool for our team. Any feedback I have would just be minor improvements, not real complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
