It’s browser-based, and the platform has grown into something large and feature-rich, which I really appreciate. That said, being browser-based also seems to introduce latency during page loads and refreshes, and it can slow things down. I’d love to see it migrated to its own dedicated platform, or even to a more lightweight, vanilla browser backend—similar to how the Smartsheet app works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
