What stands out to me about Field Force Tracker is the amount of operational information that can be kept together in one place. Having schedules, work orders, employee information, customer records, timesheets and asset details connected makes it easier to follow what is happening across different jobs. The mobile functionality is also useful for teams working away from the office, since updates can be made directly from the field rather than being passed back later. The scheduling and dispatch functions are particularly relevant when you are trying to coordinate several people and jobs at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a fair amount to take in when first getting started. With so many functions available, it takes some time to decide which parts are actually relevant to your operation and to configure them properly. I also think new users would benefit from some initial training rather than being expected to figure everything out themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
