What I like best about Field Force Tracker is that it feels like a platform designed with the realities of field service businesses in mind. In our line of work, where electrical and energy related service requests can pile up quickly, having one system that manages scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, inventory, and even client communications saves us countless hours.
