What do you like best about Field Effect MDR?

I like that Field Effect MDR monitors 24/7 for all our clients and blocks an account when it thinks something is wrong. I don’t have to go to each client and configure detection rules individually, which is very helpful for me as an MSP. The constant monitoring is valuable for our clients’ day-to-day security operations. The reporting, alerts, and actions are pretty good, and the support is very good. They respond to our questions within hours, so we don’t have to wait until the next day, and support is available 24/7 around the world. What do you dislike about Field Effect MDR?

I found a device code flow phishing incident myself and had to tell Field Effect MDR support before they blocked it. I think Field Effect MDR could detect and respond faster than I can, especially to brand-new attack methods, with quicker blocking, termination, and removal. I also need the integration information updated when integration methods change, and email notifications about significant platform updates. We haven't always kept up with the platform's changes, and that has led to gaps in client integrations and misconfigurations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Field Effect MDR solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Field Effect MDR to detect and monitor cloud events, user identities, mailboxes, device code flow, phishing, and other suspected malicious activity. It can block, remove, or terminate malicious actions. There was an incident about a client with multiple tenants, the way we integrate about 2 years ago was different than now, so the platform never actually monitored the 2nd and 3rd tenants in the cloud, we had to add integration now.
