"Responsive Partner Reps and a SOC That Goes Above and Beyond"

What do you like best about Field Effect MDR?

I love their responsive partner reps. I have reached out to ours many times with questions and they are always quick to respond and assist. They even scheduled in extra training for my team to make sure everyone was on the same page and taking advantage of the tools and solutions available. As a cybersecurity solution, I have seen the ARO reports of the SOC going above and beyond to do their best to keep accounts safe and secure, and their expertise and creativity in doing so is very much appreciated. What do you dislike about Field Effect MDR?

I dislike the reliance on the basic Windows Defender in the computer. I am hoping that the new AV platform takes the security to the next level, and it is nice to have the SOC reviewing the actionable items Defender puts out, but it is still....just Defender. What problems is Field Effect MDR solving and how is that benefiting you?

The largest hole for us was making sure we have eyes on critical incidents as soon as possible. It helps me sleep at night knowing that my clients' accounts are being monitored and secured and if something bad happens (not that users' credentials EVER get compromised), there is a real cybersecurity expert looking at it and taking the steps needed, regardless of the time or date. I also really appreciate the vulnerability scanning. We get lots of notice on new screen connect software and VPNs being used, which can help head off issues before they progress to the point of compromise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
