"Valuable Alerts and Insightful Dashboard Make Field Effect Stand Out"

What do you like best about Field Effect MDR?

We find the ARO very valuable. We're able to get alerts on outdated software, on devices which are not running the Field Effect agent, alerts on CVE which we would otherwise not gather from our old MDR. The dashboard is simple and gives us insight at-a-glance. Their service is prompt and knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Field Effect MDR?

We implemented Field Effect approximately nearing almost a year now and I have yet to find anything to dislike about Field Effect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Field Effect MDR solving and how is that benefiting you?

We gain insight into CVE, which our previous MDR did not address. It also gives the end-user the ability to report on suspect emails by way of SEAS. It ties into our ticketing system, so we have daily insight into our customer environments as well as our own and can respond accordingly. It keeps tabs on anything which could be deemed malicious in our SaaS application also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
