What do you like best about FidForward?

FidForward collects feedback from all employees throughout the year and not only during performance review periods. Which allows for better feedback on spot with higher frequency. It reminds us to give feedback to the people we interact the most based on key integrations like slack, which makes it super easy to use. FidForward is also super flexible for companies to build according to their needs, and easy to implement. Their team also provides great support on all matters. What do you dislike about FidForward?
