What do you like best about Fidelity 401(k) Plan Services?

My main reason for choosing fidelity over another service is how easy it is to use along with the fact that the customer support team is very friendly and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fidelity 401(k) Plan Services?

The one thing that I would change about Fidelity 401(k) is add more educational resources so that people who are new to how 401(k)'s work can easily understand the benefits and why they should use the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Fidelity 401(k) Plan Services:

I would highly recommend Fidelity's 401(k) Plan Services as I have looked at several other companies, but this one has by far been the one I enjoy the most Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fidelity 401(k) Plan Services solving and how is that benefiting you?
