**What do you like best about Feefo?**

Feefo only takes reviews from verified customers which offers greater trust to those seeking to read reviews before purchasing. We've also found that, because of the way they collect reviews, we're better able to get product specific reviews vs other options. Our account managers provided excellent onboarding and continue to respond promptly and helpfully to all queries and challenges that we encounter. The interface is easy to use and the reporting, especially the AI summaries of key themes, are user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

We haven't found anything that we dislike about Feefo.

**What problems is Feefo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The two problems that we wanted to solve when we switched to Feefo from Trustpilot were: 1. Generating reviews at a product level. With Feefo's approach, we have had significantly more success at attributing reviews to specific products which helps both on our website and on Google search. 2. Widgets that actually work. With Trustpilot, we had significant issues with the widgets such that we actually switched them off. We've found Feefo's widgets much more user-friendly and easy to install

**What do you like best about Feefo?**

Feefo only work with verified customers, so you know you are getting genuine feedback from customers, which is very important for our brand. You know that the responses you are getting are genuine and trustworthy. 

The platform continues to improve (the recent brand refresh and updated widgets have been a great introduction), and that has helped improve the performance of the reviews on our website as more customers are interacting with the widgets to support their buying decisions. They continue to innovate and are always open to conversations around new integrations we are interested in.  

The technical support is great, and there has been a noticeable improvement in the customer success team in the last couple of years. We work with James Hanson, who has been fantastic in understanding our brand and challenges, and is always proactive in suggesting new ways we can improve our performance. 

They are well priced in the market and keen to work with you to get the most out of the platform

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

It is a platform we are happy with, and we have an open dialogue on areas that could be improved, such as reporting and customisation.

**What problems is Feefo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Feefo service reviews are a key KPI for our business on how we are performing at all touchpoints of the customer journey. Getting honest feedback from our customers about the products we sell helps other customers make the right choice when they are looking to buy. It gives us market insights that help us manage relationships with suppliers by sharing positive and negative feedback. Because we provide the list of customers who will receive the survey, we can quickly identify and address any issues that need attention, which forms a large part of our overall review strategy at our business. The constant stream of new feedback supports our SEO performance and the platform generates UGC that we can use throughout our marketing activity.

**What do you like best about Feefo?**

One of the greatest benefits of Feefo's verified review platform is the confidence it gives us that the feedback we receive comes from genuine customers who have travelled with us. That authenticity provides meaningful insight into the experiences our customers have throughout their journey, allowing us to celebrate where we consistently deliver outstanding service while also identifying opportunities to improve.                         The platform enables us to listen to our customers at scale. Whether the feedback relates to our sales consultants, booking process, customer service, resort partners or golf courses, every review provides valuable intelligence that helps us refine our products, improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Importantly, it also allows us to recognise and celebrate colleagues who consistently go above and beyond for our customers.

It would be beneficial to send survey invitations more easily following service interactions, or in the moment of the experience.

**What do you like best about Feefo?**

Feefo has worked well for us because only verified customers are able to submit a review.  This gives Feefo an authenticity to the submitted reviews that their main competitors lack.   We are able to setup up multiple campaigns for both the booking process and the client holiday experience which gives two opportunities for a review to be returned.  From a marketing perspective the system gives us all the tools we need to communicate our Feefo score on our website and supporting media.  

We have achieved Platinum status with Feefo which is a fair reflection of how our customers feel about us, and again this is because all of our reviewers must have travelled with us and experienced our full service.

The Feefo helpdesk system is very prompt, we have an account manager who we have regular meetings so the support is excellent and always there when you need it.

We have been a Feefo customer for many years now and it has been a great success.

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

Sometimes I find the front end interface a little confusing and limiting.  For example you are restricted on the content of the review requests that your send out but in fairness this to keep the integrity of the system.

**What problems is Feefo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives prospective customers the opportunity to read real reviews from our customers.    There is nothing like reading real experiences from customers to give the client the reassurance that we are a high quality travel company.

**What do you like best about Feefo?**

As a provider, Feefo are super organised and communicative, if we have any issues they are quick to be transparent about their investigation and the limitations and possibilities of the outcome. I have 100% confidence in the services we use from Feefo and actively promote them to my peers as an excellent resource for tracking metrics and customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

A lot of features are behind pay walls and they are individual bolt-ons, this can be frustrating at times from a business perspective.

**What problems is Feefo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking of our customer base's experience. We haven't before had all our data in one collection tool, so now we can analyse data across our Venues, our customer types, our booking journey's etc and see how those different paths have different experiences.

There aren’t many things I dislike about Feefo. Ideally, I’d like more ability to forecast our results and better understand what we can do proactively to improve.

**What problems is Feefo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Feefo has given us greater insight into how our customers feel about our service and product, and it has helped us keep our work focused on continuous improvement. It has also provided deeper insight into our telephony service and helped us grow our NPS significantly - improving from 59 to 70.

I like that Feefo helps us collect customer reviews in a trustworthy way. I know our reviews are verified and they're from real people. I like the fact that it's recognized as a brand that is all about trust, so when you see a Feefo review, you know there's a human behind it and not a bot.

It's mostly to do with our integration with Feefo been done a long time ago.","On our side, sometimes we don't know how things work.

**What do you like best about Feefo?**

We’ve worked with Feefo for a number of years at Paleo Ridge, and they’ve been a consistently valuable partner throughout that time.

In an industry where trust is everything, having a reliable and transparent review platform has been essential for us. Feefo has helped us not only showcase genuine customer feedback, but also better understand our customers and continuously improve the experience we offer.

What really sets them apart, though, is the people. Fraser, in particular, has been excellent to work with. He’s always approachable, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform. Whether we’ve needed to adapt our approach, implement changes, or simply sense-check ideas, he’s been there with practical support and clear guidance.

Importantly, Feefo have never felt like a ‘set and forget’ supplier. As our business has evolved, they’ve worked with us to ensure the platform evolves with us — which is exactly what you want from a long-term partner.

Nothing significant. Like any platform, there are occasional areas that could be refined - but these are very specific and now widespread, but overall the experience has been very positive.

**What do you like best about Feefo?**

Feefo is a very autonomous piece of software. Once it is implemented and data uploads are automated, there is very little input required (besides responding to reviews). The system is easy to use, doesn't change its user interface often and is a reliable piece of equipment. 
We send at least 100 emails a day, and the system has never had an issue keeping up with us. Content to email campaigns or individual campaigns are easily updated and if you get stuck (which is rare) customer support or your account manager respond extremely quickly with a simple solution. NPS scores are easily calculated, with easy to understand analytics and dashboards. Would highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

I do not feel like there is anything specific I would like to highlight here. If there has ever been an issue, it has been raised and resolved immediately. If nothing is available, you know that the feedback has gone to the development team for consideration. That said, things rarely go wrong!

**What problems is Feefo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing our customer feedback is essential to ensure that as a business we are doing things right. This easily managers all feedback and follows up customers in a personal manner per purchase. A system we can just implement and leave to take care of this for us.

**What do you like best about Feefo?**

The ease of implementation combined with the ongoing support. Most platforms sign you up and then disappear, but Feefo feels genuinely partnered. Our account manager David Darby has been consistently hands-on in the 4 years since we launched on the platform - with regular check-ins and practical guidance that’s helped us embed reviews properly across the business rather than treating it as a bolt-on.

From a systems point of view, Feefo integrates cleanly into our customer journey and operational workflows, giving us structured feedback at scale without adding admin. It’s simple to deploy, easy for customers to use, and powerful once the data starts flowing.

**What do you dislike about Feefo?**

Honestly, there’s nothing standout negative. Like any platform, there are always areas you’d refine over time, but nothing that’s materially impacted our experience or adoption. Compared to many tools in this space, Feefo has been refreshingly straightforward to roll out and maintain.

If anything, the biggest challenge is internal rather than platform-led - making sure teams consistently act on feedback, which is more about change management than the software itself.

**What problems is Feefo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Feefo gives us a single, trusted source of truth for customer experience across stores, products, delivery and aftercare. It brings every customer touchpoint into focus and makes performance visible, both internally and externally.

Operationally, it’s helped us identify service gaps faster, reinforce best practice across teams, and turn real customer feedback into tangible improvements. Commercially, it’s strengthened trust with prospective customers by showing genuine, verified experiences, which directly supports conversion and brand credibility.

Most importantly, it closes the loop between operations and customers - turning feedback into action, and action into better reviews. That feedback loop is where the real value sits.
