What do you like best about Feefo?

Easy to Use: The platform is intuitive, with setup and day-to-day use being smooth and straightforward.

AI integrated review response: Reviews are gathered efficiently and using the platforms newly integrated AI tool. You can create consumer feedback in seconds.

Excellent Customer Support: Feefo’s team are consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful.

User-friendly reporting: When sharing client feedback with our staff members, we are able to produce simple reports and filter the feedback by relevancy to each of our offices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feefo?

It is not so much a 'dislike' as such but what we are trying to do is integrate our booking system with Feefo to improve automation. Time will tell as to whether this can be done effectively or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
