Feefo is much kinder on our budget for the number of review invites we can send out compared to other big-name review platforms. Their staff are super friendly and helpful - Dajana especially has been great with us when we came to her about updating and improving our invite templates. General support staff have also provided good service whenever we have had to contact them. They've also got a great feature called Treefo which lets us do something for the environment automatically and with minimal effort. The timing and frequency settings are all easy to use and give us control over how our customers receive invites without needing to manually send them out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside is perhaps that Feefo isn't as easily recognised as a review platform compared to other big ones, but we are more than happy with our experience with them and the platform is all very modern and trustworthy so we are comfortable staying with them, even if customers might not have heard of them. One other note is that there tends to be a 20-minute processing time for our manually uploaded customers to have their emails sent out - this is normally around 600 customers, so it could just be processing lag for the quantity/time of day etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
