What do you like best about Feedefy?

The widget is super easy to install and unlike many competitors, you can do that even if you're non-technical. You still have the option to attach it to a custom button in your code, but that's not required.

Very nice customizations available, so I can brand the widget under my product.

Oh, and users love the 1-click screenshot when reporting bugs! So effortless. Although some competitors have this, the screenshot isn't always accurate. Not Feedefy - it shows exactly what the users see, so there's definitely some magic at play there.

Customer support is simply amazing! I had my issues fixed so fast.

Since using Feedefy, my users have been sending me feedback much more often than before and I find myself in the dashboard every day.

What do you dislike about Feedefy?

It doesn't have a voting feature, but the founder said it's on the roadmap, so I don't mind waiting. After all, it's a very new product and I've already seen how fast they ship! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Feedefy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Makes feedback collection, bug reports, and idea submissions as easy as adding a one-liner into your product. The end result is that more of my product's users are enticed to communicate without me having to reach out to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
