What do you like best about Feedbackly?

Feedbackly provides highly detailed analysis and segmentation of the data based on several parameters: and the most useful of them all - emotion! This allows of a highly focused analysis of small changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feedbackly?

The search functionality can be a bit confusing at first, But after a while you get used to it and make a great value out of it. Also, it's impossible to attach video media which can limit one's ability to collect data on surveys fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Feedbackly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Feedbackly allows me to create surveys and collect data easily; As a TOC analyst, I need a lot of customer feedback to improve the response time and quality and ensure our team is doing our jobs right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
