What do you like best about FeedbackGenius?

I like how you can target customers for future promos with automated messages providing coupons and asking for feedback. Customers keep to like the communication they receive when I use feedback genius Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FeedbackGenius?

I dont like how their is a minimum amount you can send per month. If you run a very profitable business you can reach the message limit very easily. There are other options but they can become very expensive the higher you end up going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering FeedbackGenius:

I would recommend this to anyone who does alot of sales on amazon. It is a must have in my opinion. You cant go wrong with this product. It can be quite costly but is worth every penny you spend due to the traffic you receive as well as the return traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
