What do you like best about Feedback Lite?

What I like most about Feedback Lite is that it is quite easy to use. It doesn't take much time to set up, and the interface is quite intuitive, so we can start gathering feedback quickly. It's also useful to have the responses organized in one place to review them and detect recurring themes. Overall, it's a practical tool for everyday use and doesn't feel overly complicated. What do you dislike about Feedback Lite?

Sometimes more customization options are missed, especially when you want to do something a bit more specific than a simple survey. Most of the time it's not a problem, but in more complex projects it can slightly limit what you can do. There are also some parts of the tool that could be more intuitive at first. What problems is Feedback Lite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Primarily, it helps us centralize user feedback and prevent comments from being scattered across different channels. It also facilitates collecting opinions in a more structured way and reviewing responses later to detect recurring issues or themes.
