What do you like best about Feedback Lite?

Feedback Lite is an easy-to-use, customizable tool that lets you gather reviews from people who visit your website. It works as a simple add-on and doesn’t require much technical knowledge to set up or use.

Prior to this, our firm was simply sending emails to people asking for feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feedback Lite?

The initial setup of Feedback Lite takes some effort, and it took me a little while to become comfortable and fluent with the software itself. The company advertises a free tier, but I found that it quickly becomes difficult to use without a subscription. This isn’t a huge problem, but I’ve used other tools where the free version is perfectly usable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Feedback Lite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our organization uses a number of intake forms. Collecting feedback through website widgets, surveys, and forms is a great way for us to gauge whether the systems we have in place are working as intended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
