Feedback Lite is an easy-to-use, customizable tool that lets you gather reviews from people who visit your website. It works as a simple add-on and doesn’t require much technical knowledge to set up or use.

The initial setup of Feedback Lite takes some effort, and it took me a little while to become comfortable and fluent with the software itself. The company advertises a free tier, but I found that it quickly becomes difficult to use without a subscription.
