What do you like best about FedEx Ship Manager?

What do you dislike about FedEx Ship Manager?

It’s difficult to retrieve pricing information for previous shipments. They also don’t always adhere to the requested pickup windows, which occasionally means I have to do a physical drop-off at an off-site location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering FedEx Ship Manager:

FedEx Ship Manager is an easy way to manage the purchase and printing of shipping labels and scheduling package pickup in one place. The pickup management gives you the opportunity to set a specific window of time for pickup that is mostly adhered to, though occasionally they will miss the window or arrive too early (before opening of business) or too late (after closing). What problems is FedEx Ship Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quick and easy way to send important documents, equipment and personal effects. My office has several moving parts, being a minor league sports affiliate, with paperwork and equipment being sent between affiliates and player moves necessitating players belongings needing to be shipped to their new team, equipment left behind during road trips or from visiting teams who missed items while packing, fedex ship manager allows us to get these items out through a multitude of services, from overnight, to ground, to freight.
