What do you like best about fcase?

We can easily use and customize UI for fraud operators. The operators can reach all necessary information for relevant cases in once screen. Products have good reports and we can easily analyze what the operators need to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about fcase?

At this point, I can say nothing for now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is fcase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Through FCase we can assign the cases to the operators automatically from the pool instead of manual assignment. FCase integrate with other fraud solutions, collect data from them easily and investigate all of them with FCase Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
