What do you like best about Fathom?
I love being able to customize the fields for highlighting during a zoom conversation. Also how easy it is to create a summary for review later. I even add the summary to KEAP for later reference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Fathom?
I don't like that I can't use it in webinars. This is something I knew before. The other thing is when I am invited to a zoom, many times fathom doesn't consider me being in the zoom in order to join and do the recording. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
