"Incredibly Accurate Meeting Notes and Clear AI Summaries—Even on the Free Plan"

5/5

What do you like best about Fathom?

What impresses me the most about Fathom is its incredible accuracy. Even during technical meetings covering multiple complex topics, it manages to capture the conversation with remarkable precision. The AI-generated summaries are clear, well-organized, and make it much easier to revisit important discussions, decisions, and action items.

As someone who regularly deals with technical discussions and work meetings, having everything documented without constantly taking notes is a huge advantage. It genuinely makes my workflow more efficient. The fact that so much functionality is available on the free plan makes it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fathom?

There isn't much I dislike about Fathom so far. If I had to point out something, I'd love to see more customization options for AI-generated summaries, especially for highly technical meetings where specific terminology and details are important. That said, the overall experience has been excellent, and this hasn't significantly affected my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fathom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fathom solves one of my biggest challenges during technical meetings: keeping track of important information without losing focus on the conversation. Working in IT, networking, and cybersecurity, I often participate in discussions involving complex technical details, troubleshooting, project decisions, and action items.

Before using Fathom, keeping everything documented required taking notes manually, which could be distracting and time-consuming. Now I can focus on the discussion while Fathom handles the transcription and generates organized summaries.

This makes it much easier to review technical decisions, follow up on pending tasks, and revisit information whenever needed. It saves me time, improves documentation, and helps prevent important details from being overlooked. It's become a genuinely valuable tool in my daily workflow.
