"Feature-Rich Free Plan with Highly Accurate Meeting Transcriptions"

5/5

What do you like best about Fathom?

The free plan offers a lot of great features even without a paid subscription. It’s really helpful for me as an individual, especially when I need a summary of meetings I’ve attended. The transcription accuracy is also very high compared to other tools I’ve tried before. Another feature I really like is the pop-up window where the shareable link is shown, which is definitely a plus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fathom?

The only issue I frequently encounter is when I join a meeting that requires the host’s permission for Fathom to join. Sometimes, Fathom fails to connect, so I have to click the Join button again to put Fathom back in the waiting room. Once I’m admitted to the meeting, Fathom can then join as well. What problems is Fathom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Storage which I really need is also there. The meeting summary and transcription are the most important features for me. Video recording isn’t really necessary as long as I have the audio and a text transcription. So far, Fathom has provided the best transcription accuracy compared to other tools I’ve tried, especially when capturing what each person says during meetings. On top of that, the unlimited storage is another big plus, since it’s something I really need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
