The per-group authentication configuration is what sold us. At Goldman, a blanket verification approach doesn't survive internal audit scrutiny, so being able to assign distinct MFA flows by user segment was a genuine requirement, not a nice-to-have. AD and Entra integration held up at our scale, remote resets reduced early-morning helpdesk pressure, and the IVM module meaningfully tightened our exposure to social engineering at the service desk level. The admin interface is functional but clunky onboarding new IT staff to it takes longer than it should. Native reporting is also thin for a regulated environment. We ended up processing audit data externally to meet compliance expectations, which shouldn't be necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
