What do you like best about FastPass SSPR?

The MFA flexibility is what won us over. We can configure different authentication flows per user group front-office, back-office, remote staff which matters in banking where a blanket approach doesn't cut it. The manager-approval workflow adds a compliance-friendly oversight layer, and AD integration was straightforward. What do you dislike about FastPass SSPR?

The admin interface takes some getting used to settings are scattered between the admin panel and other areas, which slows down onboarding new IT staff. Reporting is also thin for our needs; extracting clean audit data requires extra manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FastPass SSPR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Password lockouts were eating into IT support time and occasionally delaying time-sensitive banking operations. FastPass moved the bulk of resets to self-service, freeing up the helpdesk and strengthening our access control story with auditors.
