The interface is very well designed. It's uncluttered and very intuitive to navigate. I can always get to where I need to be or find the information I require without any problems. I use it for all aspects of wesite management: from researching and securing domains to hosting my own sites and those of my customers (I have just launched a website design business).

There are sometimes techincal questions or issues that I cant resolve myself. On these occasions I have found the support pages and email/messaging support to be very prompt and helpful.

I've not experienced any issues with server downtime so far and I've been with FastHosts for many years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
