What do you like best about FastComments?

The customer support is honestly my favorite part. They are quick, friendly, and always helpful whenever I reach out. If I had to choose the best part of the product itself, it would be the SSO integration. It's the biggest win for us. It lets our users comment without creating separate accounts, which keeps the experience smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FastComments?

The current React Native implementation still needs work. The iframe takes a few seconds to load, and the setup feels a bit messy, which makes user navigation feel less smooth than it should. There is definitely room for improvement here. That said, the foundation is solid, and it gives us what we need to be in the market while we wait for the experience to improve over time. What problems is FastComments solving and how is that benefiting you?

FastComments gives us an easy way to add real conversations inside our product without having to build a full commenting system ourselves. It handles authentication through SSO, moderation, and real‑time updates, which saves us a lot of development time. It also helps our users share feedback and collaborate directly in the app, which makes the overall experience more engaging and useful.
